GDS makes key appointments to USA commercial team
Global Display Solutions Ltd. (GDS), market leader in the design and manufacture of industrial displays, has made two new key appointments to its USA team located out of Roscoe, Illinois. Michael Lesko and James Froning will play influential roles in strengthening GDS's commercial operations in the USA. Michael will fulfil the position of Business Development Manager and James will work alongside him as USA Account Manager. GDS is a world-leading manufacturer of industrial display solutions for a number of industries worldwide including kiosks, retail, advertising, entertainment, banking, marine, process and transport.
Both new appointments bring a wealth of industry experience to the USA team. Michael Lesko has been a senior Marketing and Sales professional for over 20 years and has acquired an impressive track record of developing new business, exceeding targets and generating new accounts during this time. Previously Michael spent eight years as Director of Product Marketing for Richardson Electronics, Display Systems Group, where he developed the global marketing plans for the company. Within his new role at GDS, Michael will be charged with proactively identifying new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
James Froning joins GDS with 35 years experience within the Electronics industry. Latterly, James worked as an Independent Manufacturer Representative, working closely with GDS as one of his customers. In his new role at GDS, James will be managing the key USA accounts and will be responsible for maintaining and developing commercial relationships and ensuring continuous and complete delivery of customer expectations. This will involve providing commercial support and market intelligence to GDS's group of companies and representing customers' interests in terms of satisfaction and functional activities within GDS.
